Accessibility Statement

Statement on digital accessibility under the European Accessibility Act (EAA) and WCAG 2.1 AA.

1. Scope

This statement applies to the website https://www.skins4you.de (including all sub-pages under /en/) and the subdomain qr.skins4you.de. It does not apply to external websites we link to.

2. Conformance status

This website is partially compliant with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 Level AA and the harmonized European standard EN 301 549.

This statement is based on the requirements of the European Accessibility Act (EAA), applicable since June 28, 2025.

3. Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on May 8, 2026 based on a self-assessment. The self-assessment followed WCAG 2.1 AA testing procedures, supplemented by automated tests (Lighthouse, axe-core) and manual screen reader testing (NVDA, VoiceOver).

Form fields with associated labels
Language declared in <html lang> (de / en)
Minimum contrast 4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text
User preferences (font size, contrast etc.) stored in localStorage

5. Non-accessible content

The following content is not or only partially accessible:

Embedded third-party logos (client logos on the homepage): we have no direct influence on these. Alt text contains the brand name.
Third-party PDF documents may not be fully accessible. We can provide accessible alternatives on request.
Complex animations have been minimized; users with "Reduce motion" enabled see static content.
